FAQ - STORE POLICIES

By placing an order with us you agree to the store policies below.

PRE-ORDER

When you pre-order with us, we guarantee the reservation of your order. Due to the limited nature for some of our products, we cannot guarantee restocks after they are sold out.

Pre-ordering will only guarantee your order, it does not mean you will get your item before everyone else. It is beyond our control as to when we will receive our shipment from our distributors. However, a pre-order with us guarantee you that you will receive your order.

We always do our best to provide you with accurate product release dates however these dates are subject to change by the manufacturer/distributor. See product descriptions for estimated release date.

While we cannot provide you with an exact ship date, we can guarantee that we will process your pre-ordered item(s) within 3 - 5 business days, upon receiving the items ordered from our distributor. No order shall be fulfilled until every item is in stock.

You will be charge at the time of the order to ensure the reservation.

By placing an order with both in-stock and pre-ordered items together, we will not ship the order until all items are in stock. In order to avoid delays in receiving your in-stock item(s), we strongly recommend that you place separate orders.

Pre-order sales may be cancelled within 24 hours with no fee. After 24 hours a 20% cancellation fee will apply.

SHIPPING

We ship both Domestic and International.

All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days unless noted otherwise on product description. All pre-orders will be shipped once received from our distributor. Please refer to the product descriptions for the estimated release dates.

Your order will be securely packed with bubble wrap and may include added packing material for additional protection.

All 4-inch Funko POPs will be shipped in a soft protector for free.

All items sold are carefully inspected before shipping out to you. This provide both you and us the peace of mind that you'll be receiving the correct item ordered as advertised.

All products purchased and shipped from toymazecollectibles.com are packaged by us but handled by USPS or UPS.

Please ensure the accuracy of your address prior to submitting your order.  Packages which are returned due to incorrect addresses and/or refused, will be responsible for a 25% restock fee. Shipping will also not be refunded.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.

The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, & custom fees imposed by their country. These fees are not applied at checkout. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country.

We guarantee that all our products are brand new and we strive to provide our customers with the best possible item available.

We offer a mint/near mint box guarantee for standard 4-inch Pop Vinyl. This excludes Pop Vinyl larger than 4 inches, Pop Exclusives, and other collectibles which can have minor imperfections due to size or limited availability.

We know the box condition is important for collectors so we do our best to inspect all items before we ship to be in excellent condition unless otherwise noted as not mint.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All in-stock sales are final.

We will only accept returns on items where the product itself is damaged or defected, or if we mistakenly shipped the wrong item. In this case, you will receive a replacement or if a replacement is not available, store credit will be given. Please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving item. Photo documentation is required via email.

Please note that minor packaging flaws, blemishes, paint flaws, or box damage due to carrier shipping cannot be returned.

Since we have no control over how the carrier handles your package, we can't be held responsible for their delivery practices and cannot guarantee that your item(s) will always arrive in safe condition.

Please file a claim directly through the shipping carrier for any damage claims.

For missing packages, please contact the carrier immediately and submit a claim to begin a search for the package.
