FAQ - STORE POLICIES
By completing your purchase with Toy Maze Collectibles you accept and agree to the following policies:
Pre-order means that this item is not in stock and will be shipped when it arrives.
When you pre-order with us, we guarantee the reservation of your order. Due to the limited nature for some of our products, we cannot guarantee restocks after they are sold out.
You will be charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process.
By placing an order with both in-stock and pre-ordered items together, we will not ship the order until all items are in stock. In order to avoid delays in receiving your in-stock item(s), we strongly recommend that you place separate orders.
We always do our best to provide you with accurate product release dates however these dates are subject to change by the manufacturer/distributor. While we cannot provide you with an exact ship date, we can guarantee that we will process your pre-ordered item(s) within 3 - 5 business days, upon receiving upon receiving them. Once your order has been processed, packed and shipped, you will immediately receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Pre-order sales may be cancelled within 24 hours with no fee. After 24 hours a 15% cancellation fee will apply.
We ship both Domestic and International.
All products purchased are packaged by us but handled by USPS or UPS. Tracking Number provided for all orders.
All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days unless noted otherwise on product description. All pre-orders will be shipped once received. Please refer to the product description for the estimated release date.
The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, & custom fees imposed by their country. These fees are not applied at checkout. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country.
Your order will be securely packed with bubble wrap and may include added packing material for additional protection. All shipping boxes will have a fragile/handle with care sticker on them. We will do everything to ensure safe delivery!
All 4” Funko Pops will be shipped in a soft pop protector.
Please ensure the accuracy of your address prior to submitting your order. Packages which are returned due to incorrect addresses and/or refused, will be responsible for a 25% restock fee. Shipping will also not be refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item you can exchange the item within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery. If a replacement for your item is not available you will be refunded in full for your order. Any requests made after SEVEN (7) DAYS will NOT be accepted. (Photos of the damage will be required)
Please note that a minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims.
If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item, please contact us and we will begin processing your return and replacement at no additional cost to you. Photos of the incorrect item(s) may be required.
Product Condition Policy
We guarantee that all our products are brand new and we strive to provide our customers with the best possible item available.
We do not offer a mint box/paint job guarantee. We know the box condition is important for collectors so we do our best to inspect all items before we ship to be in excellent condition unless otherwise noted in product description. Exclusive/Limited Edition items may have minor shelf wear.
